SNA Technology was founded by the founder Samuel Chan, an experienced solution architect and health and fitness club business manager. With Samuel’s expertise, industrial know-how, and well-built connections in information technology in areas of health and fitness club sector, as well as of telecommunication and logistic sectors, in August 2020, Samuel and another co-founders, Andy Cheung who has more than 25 years of experience in information technology industry, have successfully launched their first official product, Helement, to specifically targeting on solving service awareness and productivity problems as these problems have been long setting disruption to business growth. Neither the Helement is a customer relationship management (CRM) nor a fitness center management software. It is the first business-to-business(B2B) fitness intelligent platform that allows businesses to engage with their customers by mobile application providing real-time health devices monitoring, history of fitness training, meal suggestions and planning, online real-time video consultation, and meal order/delivery. On the business operation side, it is the first cloud-based enterprise fitness intelligent platform that provides automated processing. And these million dollars jobs can be done in just few clicks.
